Amir performed sale presentations to potential investors in fix and flip real estate opportunities while networking and building relationships with investors, real estate brokers, insurance agents, lenders, and banks within the real estate community. Amir developed quantitative methods used in secondary market research to identify project acquisitions, opportunities, and strategies. Amir is able to analyze project return on investment (ROI), after repair value (ARV), market time, uptrends and downtrends at different price points in different time intervals. Amir can create scope of work with material and labor estimates in Microsoft Project to meet budget and project deadlines and manage groups of general contractors in day-to-day assignments and troubleshoot lag times in between project tasks. Amir’s financial background allows him to completed ten company real estate projects year to date with ROI between 20-25% and five investor projects year to date.
